This note comes with a happy news that the much awaited Sunday school will be starting on next Sunday ( January 21st 2007). This is scheduled to conduct on first and third Sunday of every month from 2pm to 4.30pm.

The Buddhism will be thought from the beginner's level during the first hour and Sinhala language during the latter half of the time, for one hour. Non Buddhist friends can send the kids for the Sinhala class from 3.30 to 4.30.

I hope that all the parents see this as a golden opportunity that could ever happen in a country far away from the motherland .The native language will be the only and strongest link which will keep the identity of the next generation as Sri Lankans in another country. The schedule of the classes will be posted soon on the Temple's official website.
